SHIPPING FEE & TIME

Shipping charges & taxes will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, size & quantities of products in your complete order.

 We ship your order within 2-4 working days.
You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 2-5 working days for express orders, Standard deliveries require 7-9 working days in major cities and 8-12 days for other locations as per your pin code.

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not regarded as business days.

If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.

TRACKING THE ORDER

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name is sent to you via email and updated on your order or you can reach out to us if it hasn't been sent. DELIVERY

Within India, we ship through a registered courier company. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order.

We do not provide returns or exchanges.

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions: 

• An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.

• If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect.

​All our products involve some form of manual work like stitching & hand embroidery or hand made. Due to these processes, a slight variation may occur between products, which is not regarded as a defect. Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every exchange request is treated as an individual case.

We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient. If the parcel needs to be reshipped then you will have to repay the shipping charges.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please email us at thehouseoffaye.co@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information: - Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

​We unfortunately will not be able to entertain emails or images sent 24 hours after delivery.

​We’d request you to ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging.

​If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement, a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 7 working days after we receive the product at our contact address, following an inspection & quality check.

​All returns/exchange courier charges to our contact address are borne by the customer. On delivering your replacement, we will cover shipping charges.

  • The House Of Faye is not responsible for any delay in deliveries by the courier company. If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

​In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, The House Of Faye shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mispriced, The House Of Faye may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and The House Of Faye will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that The House Of Faye accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to The House Of Faye’s dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account.

    CANCELLATION BY THE HOUSE OF FAYE​

Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

The House Of Faye will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.

​The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Mumbai. The High Court of judicature at Mumbai alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.

    REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS
