SHIPPING FEE & TIME

Shipping charges & taxes will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, size & quantities of products in your complete order.

Ā We ship your order within 2-4 working days.
You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 2-5 working days for express orders, Standard deliveries require 7-9 working days in major cities and 8-12 days for other locations as per your pin code.

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not regarded as business days.

If we anticipate a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at other times due to unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.

Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name is sent to you via email and updated on your order or you can reach out to us if it hasn't been sent. DELIVERY

Within India, we ship through a registered courier company. Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us.Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order.

We do not provide returns or exchanges.

Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:Ā 

ā€¢ An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.

ā€¢ If the product you receive has a genuine manufacturing defect.

ā€‹All our products involve some form of manual work like stitching & hand embroidery or hand made. Due to these processes, a slight variation may occur between products, which is not regarded as a defect. Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every exchange request is treated as an individual case.

We are unable to offer refunds if weā€™ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient. If the parcel needs to be reshipped then you will have to repay the shipping charges.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please email us atĀ thehouseoffaye.co@gmail.comĀ within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:Ā - Order numberĀ - Delivery addressĀ - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
